At AntiScuff Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that our platform is free from illegal or abusive content. We take the safety of our users and the integrity of our service seriously. This policy outlines the types of prohibited content and activities, how to report abuse, and how we respond to such reports.

Our Role

AntiScuff Ltd provides infrastructure for encoding and relaying live video streams on behalf of its users. We do not host or provide direct viewing access to content. Streams processed via our service are sent to third-party platforms, which are responsible for hosting and public display of the content. Nevertheless, we take the misuse of our infrastructure seriously and are committed to preventing illegal or abusive behavior.

Prohibited Content

We do not allow any of the following on our platform:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any material that exploits or endangers children

• Copyrighted content transmitted without permission from the rights holder

• Malware, phishing, or harmful software

• Terrorist content, violent extremism, or materials inciting hatred

• Harassment, abuse, or threats against any individual or group

• Unlicensed streaming or rebroadcasting of copyrighted events or content

• Promotion of illegal activities or services (e.g., drugs, hacking, scams)

Any user found uploading or distributing such content will have their account immediately terminated, and where applicable, reports will be made to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

Our Response Times

• We aim to review and take action on urgent abuse reports within 15 minutes during business hours.

• In most cases, infringing or illegal content is removed immediately after verification.

• Non-urgent issues are typically reviewed within 24 hours.

Account Action and Fair Process

In cases of suspected abuse, we may temporarily suspend services while conducting an investigation. If abuse is confirmed, accounts may be terminated without notice. We may also block associated IP addresses or suspend specific endpoints. Users may contact us for clarification or to dispute a finding, but in case of serious legal violations, immediate termination is enforced.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly violate copyright law or upload prohibited content will have their accounts terminated without further warning. We reserve the right to block IPs or suspend services linked to repeated abuse.

Preserving Evidence & Law Enforcement

We may preserve logs, metadata, or account information when dealing with serious abuse reports. In cases involving CSAM or criminal behavior, we will cooperate with law enforcement.

Traffic Monitoring and Logging

To maintain platform integrity and meet legal obligations, we log metadata associated with streaming activity, such as IP addresses, stream keys, and connection durations. We do not inspect or record live content unless required by law or in response to an abuse report.

Legal Compliance (UK Jurisdiction)

As a UK-based company, AntiScuff Ltd complies with all relevant legislation, including the Online Safety Act 2023, Computer Misuse Act 1990 and Terrorism Act 2006. Where required, we cooperate with UK law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including Ofcom.

Misuse of Infrastructure

The use of our infrastructure for purposes such as botnet command relays, coordinated abuse, spam broadcasting, or any form of cybercrime is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor for abnormal traffic patterns and reserve the right to suspend or block services associated with malicious activity.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately
