It's been a while but ...

my fundraising is still happening.

On 19th March a group of members from my stitching forum Needlecraft Haven meet in Nuneaton for a fabulous day of stitching and chatting. We had a raffle, a book sale and I sold a few designs.

Although the day was not a fundraising event the following amounts were donated:

Japan Crisis - £30

Comic Relief - £15

MS Society - £15


I have been making cards for St Cadfans which they have been selling. I don't count those on here but I think last year I made over 30 so that's a bit more in their funds. I will be sending off some more cheques soon and I am currently working on a new design which I hope will be available early summer.

Hopi Candles

I have been doing hopi candles for some of my colleagues at work and any extra tothe cost I've added tothe pot which is now at £90.00

The 28th June was the MS Cake Bake. I made cakes for the staff at school and raised £80 which I sent off as a separate donation so funds really are growing.

Thank you to everyone who has bought my charts and cards and/or sent donations - you are all very generous and kind :)

Latest design

This is my latest design and will be a SAL at the Nuneaton Meet Up on 24th April. After this date the design will be on general sale from Sunday 25th April.

The chart alone will be £2.00 and the kit will be £3.25  Postage is £1.00 first class UK (it will be more if recorded delivery is required)

Donations

Barbara kindly donated some moneyto my funds- she wanted to make some beaded scissor fobs to sell but her health has prevented this so she kindly sent a donation.

I went to a stitchers meet up today here in Nuneaton and sold some of my charts and strawberry pincushions and made bit more so the pot is now at £41.

Thanks to everyone who has helped raise the pot again.

Multiple Sclerosis Thank You Letter

Today I received a thank you letter from the MS Society for the donation of £35, it was a nice birthday surprise. This is what it reads:
