Json-like alternative syntax for arrays feature request.
It's much shorter, and don't have conflicts with current tokens.
Test script:

$a = [1,2];
$a = ['a':1,'b':2];
$a = array('a':1,'b':2);
$a = array('a'=>1,'b'=>2);
$a = ['a'=>1,'b'=>2];
