Recently we started up a robotics club on campus, and someone
asked...
  How do you handle who own the project that someone made?

The executive board looked at each other with blank faces (that was
rather impressive) and gave the answer "Good question....it is open
for discussion..."

How do other schools/groups/whatever handle this?  After all, there
may be more than one person working on something.
