To buy the library with complete source code, you have to order it from 
VRASP.  It was written by Mark Pleaves(?) I think, and it is compatibly
with VR386 and can be used in DOS or Windows.  It allows you to recognize
not only finger movements but also different gestures and run a
corresponding function, and example would be a fast punch to activate one
function in your program and a slow punch to activate something else.
The library is pretty easy to get started with and you don't have to worry
about wandering around in the Rend source to figure out how the glove works.
