I'd like to see included in this list some indication of availability.  I
just went through the process of trying to find some P2's.  Three Motorola
distributors could find no evidence that they existed, the fourth went
directly to Motorola and was told that yes they were available for $200
each, but I would have to sign a special use declaration, order a minimum
of one "stick" (16 - 20 I think) and since they were on allocation I would
have to wait 40+ weeks for them.

The manuals for the P2 were first printed at least 2 years ago, why are we
still on allocation?  (I don't actually expect an answer here, I'm just
venting)
