  The spray paint would only give control in 2d.  Why not do it with 
a plumb line, like real flesh-type brick masons do?

  Sadly the biggest part of a refugee camp is the slit trenches, not much 
needed other than a ditch.  Too bad too, it is a growth industry.
A benevolent dictator robot would sell real well right now too!

- Back to the bricks, how would the machine butter each brick? it takes a 
good deal of skill for humans.
