Moot, schmoot! I know the old ones don't. You mean they haven't thought of
it as an improvement yet on their advanced machines?? No wonder I've never
seen anything interesting done on a Mac that wasn't on the screen or piped
to a printer. Lame. Truly lame! I see poor schmucks try to find out how to
control this or that with their Mac's all the time. I am amazed they even
think their machine will DO that! I also like the teensy little connector
you can break off with your thumb. We used to go in and do that to some of
them and then asked to have something demonstrated that used a printer!
Great fun! There always has been something about Mac's that was offensive.
I know now that having no parallel interface is a big part of it! The
serial port is a butterbox idiocy. They have a computer that can calculate
a launch window to Saturn, and then they slow it down with WYSIWYG crap and
leave it one or at most two wires to connect to the REAL WORLD!!!
