Based on what?  I have heard of it, but seen no firm report.

Maintenance of live power lines (my field) is pretty big in Japan
(reports mention tens of millions of dollars per year).  It is growing
here in Quebec, in France and in the US.

How about nuclear plant decommissioning (strong in the UK) and
nuclear/toxic waste disposal (will hopefully work in the US, I heard
that DOE is working on it).
