Nope, welfare is what a capitalist system has to give their unemployed
workers to keep them from eating the rich! It's a pittance, but it's the
min needed to prevent rioting most of the time. Note how well they pay cops
for having realtively unskilled occupations. Then look at PRISON GUARDS!!
Best pay among government workers at that educational level!
