We need to know how close you need to be to that exact ratio.
1725:124 is 13.911:1 which is tough to do.
I did get 13.824:1 with three reduction steps.

If you use a 20 tooth grae and a 48 tooth gear you get 48:20 = 2.400:1
If you use three of these sets in series you get 2.400^3:1 = 13.824

So if you start with a 1725 RPM motor you get 124.78 RPM

Is that close enough?

Oh, you wanted to know WHERE to get gears and such.

They gat $4.43 for a 20 tooth gear and $9.26 for a 48 tooth gear
so you are looking at $41.07 for six gears!!!
