Uses for remote controlled/automatic subs.

Plant a homing beacon on a drug runner or other as needed boat, and have the
sub follow it to its lair.

Plant a beacon or if detection and such is good egh/or remote tie in is good
enough. To follow a certain type or class or just plane boat/vehicle into its
harbor. Once in the harbor, either act as a remote spy, blow up as a remote
mine/or contact mine.

( I have been on sci.military to long).

Namely a remote controlled sub is great for places that either its to
dangerous, or to tedious or jjust plane boring for a human to be doing it.
