Three places I know of are Stock Drive Products, PIC design, and Berg.

All are kind of spendy, but much cheaper and easier than fabricating stuff
from scratch.

I bought 6 plastic gears (with brass inserts), 4 timing belt pullys,
and 2 timing belts from stock drive products and it cost me $60. The nice
thing about it is you can get exactly what you want, you don't have to make
something you found at Ax-Man (a local surplus store) work. Still I have
access to a machine shop and needed a lot of work done to bring it all
together, and there are still things I have to redo.

Call these places and tell them you want thier catalogs.
