As far as I know all standard Remote Control servos work in this fashion.
Any hobby shop that carries RC aiplanes, boats, or cars will most likely
have them. I've never seen them sold seperately at Radio Shack, but they
are probably used in some of their remote control toys. 

RED   wire - can be approx. 4-6 volts (do not exceed 6 volts!)

BLACK wire - ground

WHITE wire - is a pulse width modulated signal with a period of 50ms
             and the width varies from 1 to 2ms to set servo position.
