The old saying goes "You learn something new everyday" I'll tell you what
I learned yesterday.

I was using superglue to attach a LEGO brick to a large stepper motor
by cramming the shaft into one of the "tubes" in the underside of a
2 X 2 tall brick. The shaft was a good tight fit so I just put some
superglue into the tube and some more on the tip of the motor shaft
and inserted the shaft into the brick. Then, convinced that the brick
was a tight fit, I turned the motor over and hooked it up. I was
twiddling with the stepper motor parameters for about 15 minutes and
everything was going fine. Then I want down and got a diet coke for
about a half hour. When I returned the motor was totally glued together.

It appears that superglue takes a while to dry and is so thin that it
can run out of even the smallest crack.

So I tossed the whole thing and glued another one together and let it dry
upsidedown for 2 hours and it is still fine this morning.
