system->import->subapplications copies an Envy subapplication from some
other Envy library into the library you're attached to.  It does not
*load* the subapp into your image.  If you want to load the imported
subapp into your image, you do a separate operation.

Envy has two 'spaces' you must think about and be aware of: the Envy
library, and your image.  You 'import' a subapp into your library; you
'load' that subapp into your image.
