Pete,

  Actually, they aren't.  I also just bought ST/V for Win (v2).  You
get one manual called "Tutorial and Programming Handbook".  I haven't
completed the manual yet, but a quick check of the Table of Contents
and the Index doesn't indicate a section on how to deliver an exe.
That said, I believe the issue is resolved in README.TXT which came
with the product.
