Well this is exactly what QKS is doing with SmalltalkAgents.  The Lite
version is tentatively called VisualAgents and is aimed at the Hypercard
crowd so it will be reasonably priced and very friendly to use.  It is 
expected to ship sometime early 95.  For more information, send to
