Correction; the post contains "indecency" (swearing), but not obscenity.  And, 
as of yet, that's not illegal.  Of course, if the Communications Deceny Act 
passes later this year, and he posts again after it's passed, then you can try 
and claim that he posted to a group that he show "know that (at least one) the 
recipient of the communication is under 18 years of age".  [I hope the bill 
doesn't pass, myself.]
