Hi,

is anybody using MIT-Scheme 7.4.1. for OS/2? I'm fighting with it:
1. My scheme.ini contains only (os2-console/set-font! "12.Courier") to get
a more readible display. During the loading of scheme, it tells me
'loading "scheme.ini"' and stops. The file isn't executed until
   a. return is hit twice or
   b. the MIT-Window becomes deactivated.
2. Edwin is uncooperative:
   - in the PS-Manuals only differences to gnu-emacs are listed
   - the online-documentation isn't present on my system (..\edwin\etc
     etc.)
   - it uses a microscopic font and I can't change it
3. The keyboard driver cannot handle some special chars (ae, oe, .. and
   much more important `).
3. In the absence of m4 and gnumake I've no chance to recompile the
system. (I want to run scheme only as a powerful background process
and write the user interface in C++.)

Thanks in advance
        Ortwin
