Hi there,

I'd like to use the definitions of appendix A of "Essentials of
Programming Languages" by Friedman, Wand and Haynes under scm.
Simply loading the definitions causes scm to complain about
"extend-syntax" to be an unbound variable. (Of course, extend-syntax
is supported by Chez Scheme.) The only files in the slib library that
mention extend-syntax are chez.init, and scaexpp.scm, the latter
defines extend-syntax-env. Can anyone suggest a work-around?

Thank you, J"urgen
