As a service for all present and future VSCM hackers (are there any? :)
I created a WWW page containing some information about the internals
of VSCM's type system as well as things to watch out for when writing
new built-in procedures. The URL is

	http://www.cs.princeton.edu/grad/blume/vscm-ext.html

This page can also be reached through a hyper-link on VSCM's home page

	http://www.cs.princeton.edu/grad/blume/vscm.html

The information in these documents cannot be called `complete' by any
measure, but it should be better than nothing. I simply converted an
e-mail letter I sent to Patrick LECOANET, who asked me about these
things. Since this is a recurring topic I decided to take the time
and make the information publicly available.
