".hqx" is "BinHex" format for the Mac.  ".sea" means that it's a
self-extracting archive.  Yes, that's a bit obscure for everyone
outside the Mac world (the author intended it for use with
Meroon under MacGambit).

I'll try to transfer it to a more conventional format in the
next couple of days.
