Scheme 84 is available from the Scheme Repository via anonymous ftp:
ftp://ftp.cs.indiana.edu/pub/scheme-repository/imp/scheme84.tar.gz

This probably should be noted in the Scheme 84 FAQ entry.

There's a brief README included in the tar file, but it consists
