Could someone repost this article ? 

[ Or a pointer to it ? I looked on <ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/hbaker/README>
and didn't see it, although I see a "cheneymta.c" file in that directory. 
Is comp.lang.scheme archived somewhere ? ]
