Howdy,
        Sorry, I certainly _didn't_ mean to start an argument about
call/cc.  SML/NJ is a a "big,fancy" system.  SLC-1 will be a "small,
not fancy" system - see recent posts here and in comp.lang.lisp about
"machine models" and understanding how to use a given computer
language.  I just want to write a Lisp which is, as much as possible,
"just like the other, popular kids on the block".
