Well RMS has done something that Mr Wells has not done, he has created a 
popular product, emacs. He dislikes Tcl and has given use the benefit of
a critique of it. People should not be offended by that just as RMS does
not complain when I criticise emacs, too big and too many hackers on it.

Generally I find that people using the `A DOES have XYZ' line tend to mean
some crappy hack that produces crappy impenetrable code. like a guy who once
wrote in to a computer magazine claiming the VIC-20 to have high res graphics
with a total of 5K of memory... I need a bit more convincing.
