Just two examples (if Scheme is also considered a kind of Lisp).
DEC WRL Scheme-to-C with EZD. Structured graphics server, efficient
enough to produce good interfaces with it.
STk - the Scheme wrapper aroung Tk.

By the way, they both have 'good' FFI.
