You need Macintosh Common Lisp, from Digitool Inc.  Check out their
WWW site at http://www.digitool.com/.

MCL is a commercial product, but the price is quite reasonable.  The
Lisp side is as good as any commercial CL implementation I've used,
and Mac look-and-feel applications can be built with a minimum of
effort.  I had occasion to use an older version; the current release
should be even better.
