HELP! I've got a final on LISP in the morning and I am confused on
lexical vs. dynamic scoping in LISP. In my notes, I have something
about free variables in function definitions vs. function calls, but
I'm not following it. Can anyone give me a brief summary of what this
difference is? My fried nerves would be VERY thankful!

Elliott
