  This sounds like a possible directory problem.  If you had to
relabel a filesystem from, say, D: to C: during your system rebuild,
and if aclpc was installed on D:\ALLEGRO, the aclpc Program Item will
no longer be correct.  This could explain the behavior you're seeing.

  To try fixing this, you could look at correcting the Program Items
using the Program Manager, or you could just reinstall aclpc.
