I read this proposal to ECMAScript, and it seems like it could be a good idea for lua
Basically, its type annotations, but the actual implementation just ignores it, so tooling can use it
Thoughts?
I don‘t think this is a good idea. It does not solve a problem, but probably creates many.
If you like it, use ECMAScript, but do not propose to to pester Lua users with concepts from other languages (especially not from sth like js… ;)
