[MEncoder-users] Filter large dots

I've found an Avisynth plugin that address this kind of noise.

It's called "DeSpot"
(http://www.avisynth.org/fizick/despot/despot.html), and it's based on
the "Conditional Temporal Median Filter" (), another Avisynth plugin.

Is it the same kind of filter you are talking about?
Is it hard to port an Avisynth plugin to mencoder filter?
