WT_Freeze Hold wavelet coefficients stationary
WT_FilterScale(buffer, freeze, scaleselect)
Passes particular scales while suppressing (zeroing coefficients) from others
buffer - dwt buffer.
freeze - if freeze > 0 then coefficients are frozen at current values
scaleselect - Value from 0.0 to 1.0, chooses how many scales to freeze. Always freezes lowest detail scale (else would be equivalent to freeze=0)
