Hydrodynamization, asymptotics and the early to late time interpolation in relativistic hydrodynamics* / Aniceto, Inês (speaker) (University of Southampton)
Dissipative relativistic hydrodynamics is expected to describe the late times, thermalised behaviour of strongly coupled fluids such as a strongly coupled super Yang-Mills plasma. These systems are then accurately described by a hydrodynamic series expansion in small gradients. [...]

Early- and Late-Time Behavior of Attractors in Heavy-Ion Collisions / Kurkela, Aleksi (CERN ; Stavanger U.) ; van der Schee, Wilke (CERN) ; Wiedemann, Urs Achim (CERN) ; Wu, Bin (CERN)
Whether, how, and to what extent solutions of Bjorken-expanding systems become insensitive to aspects of their initial conditions is of importance for heavy-ion collisions. Here we study 1+1D and phenomenologically relevant boost-invariant 3+1D systems in which initial conditions approach a universal attractor solution. [...]

Beyond the wake: Hydrodynamic and non-hydrodynamic response of an expanding Quark-gluon plasma to a moving energetic probe / Yin, Yi (speaker) (Institutite of Modern Physics (Lanzhou), CAC)
We study the response of a Bjorken-expanding quark-gluon plasma (QGP) to the passage of an energetic parton through it. We compute the non-equilibrium stress-energy tensor induced by such moving energetic parton using linearized Boltzmann equation under the relaxation time approximation. [...]

Thermalization & hydrodynamics in Bjorken & Gubser flows / Chattopadhyay, Chandrodoy (Tata Inst.) ; Heinz, Ulrich (Ohio State U. ; Darmstadt, EMMI ; CERN) ; Pal, Subrata (Tata Inst.) ; Vujanovic, Gojko (Ohio State U.)
The dynamical scaling behavior of hydrodynamic and non-hydrodynamic moments of the distribution function is studied using third-order Chapman-Enskog hydrodynamics and anisotropic hydrodynamics for systems undergoing Bjorken and Gubser expansions, where exact solutions of the Boltzmann equation in Relaxation Time Approximation (RTA) are available for comparison. While dimensionless quantities like normalized shear, pressure anisotropy and normalized entropy show at late times universal scaling relations with small (large) Knudsen number for Bjorken (Gubser) flows, dimensionful quantities like the entropy per unit rapidity do not. "Attractor" solutions for the pre-hydrodynamic, far-from-equilibrium, evolution of the matter produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions have emerged as crucial descriptors of the rapid hydrodynamization of quark-gluon plasma (QGP). [...]

On higher order and anisotropic hydrodynamics for Bjorken and Gubser flows / Chattopadhyay, Chandrodoy (Tata Inst.) ; Heinz, Ulrich (Ohio State U. ; CERN) ; Pal, Subrata (Tata Inst.) ; Vujanovic, Gojko (Ohio State U.)
We study the evolution of hydrodynamic and non-hydrodynamic moments of the distribution function using anisotropic and third-order Chapman-Enskog hydrodynamics for systems undergoing Bjorken and Gubser flows. The hydrodynamic results are compared with the exact solution of the Boltzmann equation with a collision term in relaxation time approximation. [...]
