Measurements of Mass, Width and Gauge Couplings of the W Boson at LEP / L3 Collaboration
We report on measurements of mass and total decay width of the W boson and of triple-gauge-boson couplings, $\gamma$WW and ZWW, with the L3 detector at LEP. Measurement of $\tau$ polarisation at LEP / L3 Collaboration
Using the data collected with the L3 detector at LEP between 1990 and 1995, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 149 pb$^{-1}$, the $\tau$ longitudinal polarisation has been measured as a function of the production polar angle using the $\tau$ decays \thad\ ($\rm h = \pi, \rho, \aone$) and \tlep\ ($\rm \ell = e, \mu$). From this measurement the quantities æl~and \at, which depend on the couplings of the electron and the $\tau$ to the Z, are determined to be $\ael = 0.1678 \pm 0.0127 \pm 0.0030 $ and $\at = 0.1476 \pm 0.0088 \pm 0.0062$, consistent with the hypothesis of e--$\tau$ universality. Measurement of the $e^+ e^- \to Z \to b\overline{b}$ forward-backward asymmetry and the $B^{0}\overline{B}^0$ mixing parameter using prompt leptons / L3 Collaboration
The time-integrated $\mathrm{B}^{0}\bar{\mathrm{B}}^{0}$ mixing parameter and the forward-backward charge asymmetry in the process $\mathrm{e}^{+}\mathrm{e}^{-} \rightarrow \mathrm{b}\bar{\mathrm{b}}$ are measured in hadronic \Z events containing prompt muons or electrons, collected by the L3 experiment in the years 1990 to 1995. Measurement of the Weak Dipole Moments of the $\tau$ Lepton / L3 Collaboration
Using the data collected by the L3 experiment at LEP from 1991 to 1995 at energies around the $\Zo$ mass, a measurement of the weak anomalous magnetic dipole moment, $a^w_{\tau}$,~ and of the weak electric dipole moment, $d^w_{\tau}$, of the $\tau$ lepton is performed. These quantities are obtained from angular distributions in $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow\tau^{+}\tau^{-} \rightarrow h^{+} \bar{\nu}_{\tau} h^{-} \nu_{\tau}$, where $h$ is a $\pi$ or a $\rho$. [...]
