/ André, K.D. J. (CERN ; Liverpool U.) ; Aperio Bella, L. (DESY) ; Armesto, N. (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE) ; Bogacz, S.A. (Jefferson Lab) ; Britzger, D. (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Brüning, O.S. (CERN) ; D'Onofrio, M. (Liverpool U.) ; Ferreiro, E.G. (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE) ; Fischer, O. (Liverpool U.) ; Gwenlan, C. (Oxford U.) et al.
Novel considerations are presented on the physics, apparatus and accelerator designs for a future, luminous, energy frontier electron-hadron ($eh$) scattering experiment at the LHC in the thirties for which key physics topics and their relation to the hadron-hadron HL-LHC physics programme are discussed. Demands are derived set by these physics topics on the design of the LHeC detector, a corresponding update of which is described. [...]

/ Hollywood, D. (Liverpool U.) ; Majumdar, K. (Liverpool U.) ; Mavrokoridis, K. (Liverpool U.) ; Mccormick, K.J. (Liverpool U.) ; Philippou, B. (Liverpool U.) ; Powell, S. (Liverpool U.) ; Roberts, A. (Liverpool U.) ; Smith, N.A. (Liverpool U.) ; Stavrakis, G. (Liverpool U.) ; Touramanis, C. (Liverpool U.) et al.
ARIADNE is a 1-ton (330 kg fiducial mass) dual-phase liquid argon (LAr) time projection chamber (TPC) featuring a novel optical readout. Four electron-multiplying charge-coupled device (EMCCD) cameras are mounted externally, and these capture the secondary scintillation light produced in the holes of a thick electron gas multiplier (THGEM). ARIADNE$^{+}$: Large Scale Demonstration of Fast Optical Readout for Dual-Phase LArTPCs at the CERN Neutrino Platform
/ Lowe, Adam John (Liverpool U.) ; Amedo-Martinez, Pablo (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE) ; González-Díaz, Diego (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE) ; Deisting, Alexander (Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Majumdar, Krishanu (Liverpool U.) ; Mavrokoridis, Konstantinos (Liverpool U.) ; Nessi, Marzio (CERN) ; Philippou, Barney (Liverpool U.) ; Pietropaolo, Francesco (CERN) ; Ravinthiran, Sudikshan (Liverpool U.) et al.
Optical readout of large scale dual-phase liquid Argon TPCs is an attractive alternative to charge readout and has been successfully demonstrated on a 2x2m active region within the CERN protoDUNE cold box. ARIADNE+ uses four Timepix3 cameras imaging the S2 light produced by 16 novel, patent pending, glass THGEMs. [...]

Advanced beam diagnostics for antiproton beams at keV beam energies are very important for the successful operation and continuous optimization of low energy storage rings and associated beam lines to the experiments. Manifold challenges arise from the low energy and intensity of the beam, its pulse structure and low repetition rate. [...]
