Muon reconstruction efficiency and momentum resolution of the ATLAS experiment in proton–proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV in 2010 / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper presents a study of the performance of the muon reconstruction in the analysis of proton--proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV at the LHC, recorded by the ATLAS detector in 2010. This performance is described in terms of reconstruction and isolation efficiencies and momentum resolutions for different classes of reconstructed muons. [...]

The differential production cross section of the $\phi$(1020) meson in $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV pp collisions measured with the ATLAS Detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A measurement is presented of the $\phi ➝ K^+K^−$ production cross section at √s = 7 TeV using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 383 μb$^{−1}$ collected with the ATLAS experiment at the LHC. Selection of $\phi$(1020) mesons is based on the identification of charged kaons by their energy loss in the pixel detector. [...]

Measurement of the production cross-section of prompt J/$\psi$ mesons in association with a W± boson in pp collisions at √s = 7 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The process $pp \to W^{\pm} J/\psi$ provides a powerful probe of the production mechanism of charmonium in hadronic collisions, and is also sensitive to multiple parton interactions in the colliding protons. Using the 2011 ATLAS dataset of 4.5 fb-1 of $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV pp collisions at the LHC, the first observation is made of the production of $W^{\pm}$ + prompt $J/\psi$ events in hadronic collisions, using $W^{\pm} \to \mu\nu_{\mu}$ and $J/\psi \to \mu^+\mu^-$. Measurement of the top quark pair production charge asymmetry in proton–proton collisions at √ s = 7 TeV using the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper presents a measurement of the top quark pair ($t\bar{t}$) production charge asymmetry $A_C$ using 4.7 fb−1 of proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy √s = 7 TeV collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. A $t\bar{t}$ enriched sample of events with a single lepton (electron or muon), missing transverse momentum and at least four high transverse momentum jets, of which at least one is tagged as coming from a b–quark, is selected. Measurement of the inclusive isolated prompt photon cross section in pp collisions at √s = 7 TeV with the ATLAS detector using 4.6 fb$^{-1}$ / ATLAS Collaboration
A measurement of the cross section for the production of isolated prompt photons in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV is presented. The results are based on an integrated luminosity of 4.6 fb$^{-1}$ collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. [...]

Search for long-lived stopped R-hadrons decaying out-of-time with pp collisions using the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
An updated search is performed for gluino, top squark, or bottom squark R-hadrons that have come to rest within the ATLAS calorimeter, and decay at some later time to hadronic jets and a neutralino, using 5.0 and 22.9 fb$^{-1}$ of pp collisions at 7 and 8 TeV, respectively. Candidate decay events are triggered in selected empty bunch crossings of the LHC in order to remove pp collision backgrounds. [...]

Search for new phenomena in photon+jet events collected in proton--proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 8 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
This Letter describes a model-independent search for the production of new resonances in photon + jet events using 20 inverse fb of proton--proton LHC data recorded with the ATLAS detector at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}$ = 8 TeV. The photon + jet mass distribution is compared to a background model fit from data; no significant deviation from the background-only hypothesis is found. [...]
