Abstract	The transverse beam profile monitor based on the Hamamatsu multi-anode photomultiplier with 16 anode strips is used at VEPP-4M collider [1]. The monitor is applied for studying of turn-to-turn dynamics of the transverse beam profile. The monitor provides regular measurement of synchrotron an and betaron tunes of electron beam as well. The application of the device for tuning of the collider is described.
