Abstract Chromaticity and amplitude detuning measurements were performed in the past at injection. The MD6864 aimed at improving the understanding of the decapole fields. The MD suffered from poor availability of the injectors, however some measurements of interest could be taken, in particular the chromaticity of the bare optics (MCO and MCD spools off), chromatic amplitude detuning with spools off, and a recording of the beam lifetime for Q''' beam-based corrections and FiDeL nominal settings.
